Where do you collect reviews from?
From public reviews on Booking.com and from reviews in your Google Business Profile. Other sources — TripAdvisor or Hotels.com, for instance — on request.
What do I get every morning?
An email at 8:00 with a short digest: yesterday's scores, the key compliments and complaints, and today's actions (3–5 bullet points). Where a review waits for an answer you also get a ready draft. A 5-minute read.
Will the monitor help me answer Google reviews?
The digest points out which reviews wait for a reply and includes a draft — for a hotel or a guesthouse the replies to Google reviews often make the first impression, so the draft is ready straight away. You edit it and publish from your own account; I never log in to your profiles and nothing goes out without you.
What can I do about a false or unfair review?
In order: first the facts — whether the booking happened at all and what the guest wrote in other channels. Then the documentation: booking number, correspondence, screenshots. You send that through the Booking or Google form; only the platform decides whether a review comes down, so I do not promise a removal. Either way a factual reply is worth adding — a future guest reads it as carefully as the review itself.
How is this different from large platforms like TrustYou?
TrustYou's public pricing starts at 75 euro per property per month on an annual plan. Review Monitor costs from 149 PLN per month and needs no annual contract. Large platforms have more integrations and heavier dashboards; I bet on one short daily email with a concrete “what to fix today”.

Yes. Solo works for any accommodation property with a Booking listing or a Google Business Profile.

Yes. This is Tracify's natural area: I work from Trzebiatów with accommodation businesses on the West Pomeranian coast. The monitor works remotely, so I can also connect a property anywhere in Poland.
