Yes. Every package includes configuration of an inbox on your domain, such as contact@yourproperty.pl. After the first year the inbox costs from 25 PLN per month, or you can move it to any provider.
If you stay on care Lite (199 PLN / month), hosting and monitoring are included - about 2,400 PLN a year in total. Without care, maintenance costs are: Cloudflare hosting 0-15 PLN / month, an inbox from 25 PLN / month and a domain around 80 PLN a year - roughly 400-500 PLN a year altogether. You can return to care or move the website elsewhere at any time.
That is fine. Every package includes help with a copy brief - a skeleton you can fill in within 30 minutes. Photos: I can use yours, pick premium stock photography or recommend a local photographer. Premium also covers editing the copy across the whole website.
Astro, Tailwind and Cloudflare Pages. I use the same set in public projects when it fits the scope. It gives static pages, simpler maintenance and a good starting point for performance work, but the test result always depends on the actual content, images and configuration.
Yes, the code is yours from day one. You get the full repository on GitHub plus a PDF with the access details (hosting, domain, inbox, analytics). You can move the website to another developer at any time - nothing here is meant to lock you in.
