The property's website
Fast, mobile websites with the room offer, pricing, an enquiry form and a booking link. Design, code, content, launch and an inbox on your own domain.
I help hotels, guesthouses, apartments, cottages and resorts on the Polish coast. I design websites, put the offer in order, implement SEO/GEO and connect the site with analytics, review monitoring and automations.
I am Michał. I live 12 km from Rewal and I do all of it myself: design, code, hosting and the fixes after the season. There is no department I can pass your case to. You write to me, I answer.
I chose accommodation businesses because a website has a very concrete job here. It has to show where the guest will arrive, which room they can choose, what the stay costs and how to ask a question or book a date.
At the same time the owner or reception handles bookings, calls, messages, reviews on Booking.com and Google, and seasonal price changes. So I design the website to organise the guest's decisions instead of adding another system to watch over.
I do not start by asking which tool to deploy. First I look for where the property loses time or enquiries, and only then do I pick the solution.
The website, visibility and daily work in one place. You start with the smallest scope and extend it once you can see that it works.
Fast, mobile websites with the room offer, pricing, an enquiry form and a booking link. Design, code, content, launch and an inbox on your own domain.
I structure the website so a guest quickly finds the right room, the stay rules, the location and the next step. That shortens the path from a question about a room to contact.
Headings, content, structured data, local context and the technical basics. I write so the website makes sense to a guest, to Google and to AI tools.
Review monitoring from Booking.com and Google plus a view of competitor prices. You get a short note on what guests praise and what they complain about.
Chatbots, reports and integrations that answer repeated questions and pass information on to reception, a CRM or an inbox.
GA4, Google Search Console, form checks and development of the website after launch. The work does not end on the day I send the address.
I ask about accommodation types, the season, guests, bookings and what makes work difficult today. I do not design a website detached from daily reality.
I put the offer, rooms, photos, pricing, location and contact in order. Every section answers a question a guest has before booking.
I publish, test on a phone and a computer, check the forms and the analytics. Later I help with changes, content and automations.
Technology comes in where it helps the property run more smoothly. Below are the areas I work in on websites, analytics and automations.
Light websites without a heavy backend: fast loading, stable hosting and image formats matched to the device.
A layout built around the guest's decisions: choosing a room, checking a price, asking about dates. Clarity on a phone comes first, not last.
Structure, content, structured data, a sitemap and local information for Google, Maps and the systems that answer guest questions.
Measurement of visits, traffic sources and important actions. The data tells me what to improve in the offer and the copy.
I connect forms, reports, inboxes and the tools a property already uses. Repeated tasks should run in the background.
Solutions that use information about one specific property: rooms, stay rules, amenities and the surrounding area.
The second branch of the business is systemy.tracify.pl - individual software built around one company's process.
Business applications, including a system for the hospitality industry: architecture, database, backend (NestJS, Next.js), OAuth with 2FA, roles and permissions, an audit trail, monitoring and development after launch.
A voice hotel assistant connected to a phone system (SIP/VoIP, Asterisk, FreePBX), the property website and its tools. Plus end-to-end telephony environments: IVR, routing and Voice AI integrations.
REST API integrations and webhooks, data migrations and process automation. Application security audits and analyses of GDPR and EU AI Act requirements.
My public projects are the websites of Atelier & Michalina Pylak, Polonia in Rewal, Terimex Resort and Leśny Zakątek in Pogorzelica, and Centrum Noclegowe in Bydgoszcz. Every property has a different offer, so I lay out the rooms, cottages, campsite, location, pricing and route to contact separately. See the portfolio or the deeper project write-ups.
Tracify.pl is my own website, and demo.tracify.pl is a starting point for a conversation about a website for a hotel, guesthouse or cottages. I develop my skills in AI, automation and analytics through Microsoft AI Essentials and Claude courses, among others, but what matters most is an implementation that works in a specific property.
I show the process and the tools on my professional profiles: LinkedIn and GitHub. Some of the code and projects are public.
